Accessibility Statement

Our standard

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That target shapes design decisions before a page ships: our brand palette was chosen with measured contrast ratios, not guesswork, and features are built keyboard-first.

What is already in place

• Measured color contrast. Every text/background pairing in our design system was verified against WCAG thresholds: body text on our dark surfaces exceeds AA comfortably, and button labels were specifically chosen to pass where the common choice (white on orange) fails.
• Full keyboard access. Navigation, menus, buttons, and interactive chart points are reachable and operable by keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator throughout.
• Reduced-motion support. All animation on the site, including hero sequences, scrolling tickers, radar sweeps, chart draw-ins, and scroll reveals, is disabled automatically when your system requests reduced motion.
• Screen-reader alternatives for data. Our performance charts ship with equivalent data tables for assistive technology, and decorative graphics are marked so screen readers skip them rather than announce noise.
• Semantic structure. Pages use meaningful landmarks, ordered heading levels, labeled navigation, and descriptive link text.
• Responsive, scalable layout. The site is built with relative units and adapts from small phones to large monitors; text can be enlarged substantially without breaking layouts or hiding content.
• No color-only meaning. Gains and losses pair color with directional markers (▲/▼) so information survives color-vision differences.

How we keep it that way

• Accessibility checks are part of our design language documentation, so new pages inherit the same rules rather than re-deciding them.
• We review contrast, keyboard flow, and screen-reader output when sections are added or redesigned.
• Feedback from users of assistive technology is prioritised alongside functional bugs.

Known limitations

Some content comes from third parties embedded tools, external platforms we link to, or live market data feeds and their accessibility is outside our direct control. Where a third-party element falls short, we will look for an accessible alternative or provide the same information another way on request.

Compatibility

cygox.com is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) on desktop and mobile, and with common assistive technologies including screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice-control software. Very old browsers may not render every feature correctly.

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Accessibility", describe the page and the barrier you hit, and mention the browser and assistive technology involved if you can. We aim to respond within five business days and to fix verified barriers as quickly as engineering allows.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is never "done." As we add pages, features, and tools, this statement will be revised to reflect what has shipped, what has improved, and what still needs work.
